Will there be support for businesses?

Following consultation on the draft regulations, detailed guidance will be available on www.smokingbanwales.co.uk. This will set out the steps that employers, managers and those in control of premises should take to comply with the smoking law.

There will also be a mailshot to businesses before the ban comes into force. This will include samples of the bilingual no smoking signs that will need to be displayed in Wales. These will also be available to download from this website or on request from the Welsh Assembly Government.
