In Wales, legislation came into force on 2nd April 2007, which made it illegal to smoke in a public place. Some employees will find it very difficult to give up or go for long periods of time without a cigarette which can seriously affect their productivity

Company Registration

There is a way that you, as an employer, can support them.

• Register your organisation with us as a Stop Smoking Partner and your employees will be entitled to a discount of up to 20% on our premier programme
• Registration is free, just complete our registration form
• We will provide information leaflets for distribution
• Every client is treated as an individual and offered personal service enhancing their chances of success
• We will bring the clinic to your premises when six or more employees wish to book with us, cutting down on travel time and absence. All we need from you is a suitable room and for you to publicise the service to your staff.
• Where 10 or more staff wish to quit, we will provide one information workshop, if required, to all those who wish to stop smoking.
• There is no charge to the company, unless of course you decide to invest in your employee’s health by paying a portion of the treatment fees
• We can also offer our specialist NLP / clinical hypnotherapy service to groups

Costs

Company registration is FREE and there is no obligation for employees to attend our sessions. Some companies provide only information brochures to their employees, some choose to part-fund their treatment. It’s up to you

NLP/Hypnotherapy Consultation

Usual fee per individual - £275.00
Corporate discount £30 (under 6 bookings) - £245.00 per person
Discount £50 for 6 or more bookings - £225.00 per person]

• CD containing explanation, instruction and relaxation exercises
• Two hours treatment with a private specialist consultant
• Take home instructions on staying stopped

• Guarantee 1 : Free diagnostic and booster session at our Cowbridge clinic if needed within 2 weeks
• Guarantee 2 : In the unlikely event that a client returns to smoking within the first 6 months, an at-cost (£87) booster session will be offered at our Cowbridge clinic.
• Guarantee 3 : Lifetime guarantee. If a client goes back to smoking thereafter, the fee for a diagnostic / booster consultation will be just £174.

What happens next

• You will be contacted within 2 working days so that we may discuss your needs
• Information leaflets will be sent to you for distribution to your smokers
• Where 10 or more staff wish to quit, we will provide one information workshop, if required, to all those who wish to stop smoking.  Please book on 0845 644 3974
• Once authorised by an employer, the smoker contacts the Stop Smoking Centre by telephone to discuss which therapy would be most suited
• During that initial telephone consultation the client’s commitment to stop smoking will be established – we will not accept clients who are unlikely to succeed.
• A suitable appointment time, date and venue will be agreed.
• The client will be advised how to prepare for a hypnosis appointment which will take place a minimum of two weeks later, dependent on demand.  Bioresonance treatments will often be available within 1 week because there is no significant preparation time needed.
• A welcome pack including pre appointment instructions, a medical questionnaire and a CD (for Hypnotherapy clients only) will be sent by post.
• Your employee then returns the medical questionnaire and payment by return to confirm their place in the diary.
• For a group session, a date will be agreed with the company and those attending will follow similar procedures to those above.

Aftercare

• Clients leave the clinic with all the support information they need to ensure their success
• Most former smokers need no help or advice after their session and will remain smoke-free for life
• Telephone support is available for those who require a pep talk
• We know that a small percentage of smokers will need extra help. That’s why we offer a guarantee
• There will, however be a few who find they are not able to quit even with our best endeavours
• We are often delighted to receive letters of thanks from people who have had their lives changed by their decision to quit
• Many former smokers send their friends and relatives to us for treatment and we thank them with gift vouchers
