Hypnosis is a perfectly normal, relaxed feeling that we all experience every day. We go in and out of trance when we are driving for instance. We often go into a trance when we are watching TV or reading a book or even working out on an exercise machine. Hypnotherapy is not sleep though some people do feel as if they go into a light sleep. Others just relax and hear every word I speak.
After a session people generally feel more relaxed, although – just like when you have come out of those other trance-states during your day – you will be back to full alertness and be able to drive safely.
