Look upon your appointment date as the day you will stop smoking … not that you’ll try or that you hope to stop. This will begin to reinforce your commitment. Some people feel a subconscious resistance to this and that’s good. You know your commitment is growing when your subconscious starts to be anxious about it!
You will be provided with a CD which is an essential part of your treatment. Listen to track one (information) once or twice and listen to track two daily at a time when you will be undisturbed. Just close your eyes and allow yourself to learn to relax and de-stress. Don’t worry about the time it takes (30 mins), you can listen at bed-time and fall asleep whilst my voice talks to the sub-conscious mind – this will help you to be sure you are ready to relax at your session
